As a family-owned business that opened our doors back in 1983, at Triple B Construction we call Clearwater, Kansas our home. Every project, from post frame to stud wall to all steel, is personally supervised by a member/owner of the company.

Aside from an extremely well-built building and quality concrete floor (which we pour), you’ll find we differ from other building construction companies in two important ways:

1. Ongoing, timely, two-way communication.
2. An enjoyable, pain-free experience.

As for warranties, we really don’t have a limited time period. That’s because if something breaks on your Triple B building as a result of our construction – or maybe you accidentally poked a hole in a wall (it happens) – then we’ll simply come out and fix it. That simple.
